Q. Why can't I add items into Wishlist?
A. You need to register to be a member before adding products in your Wishlist.
Q. How long will it take for my purchased items to arrive?
A. Normally it takes up to 3-5 business days. Preorder items takes up to 2 weeks.
Q. Can you deliver my purchased items to the person I'm gifting to?
A. Of course! Leave us a message and we can personalize a note for you too!
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Just click on the EasyParcel Tracker at the bottom left of any page!
Q. How do I return or refund an item?
A. Most of our products are returnable and refundable within 30 days of receipt, however they must be in the same condition as when you received it. Pet outfits and costumes are only exchangeable for different sizes.. But do note that we do not offer return or refund for our Coote Box. You can refer to our Refund & Return Policy here.
Q. Can I pick up my purchased items instead of paying for the shipping fee?
A. Yes, of course. We have a few pickup locations available for you :
